Getting a DUI in itself is a stressful situation that is usually compounded by dealing with your local ASAP program providers. But the interlock installation and monthly calibrations were without question the easiest parts of this probationary period. Sonia was always available to answer my questions and concerns. She's a kind soul and a professional. Draeger management, if you're even reading these reviews, you need to be giving these technicians some customer service awards or bonuses. They're the oil keeping the wheels turning imo. I will without a doubt be referring anyone I know that requires an interlock to Sonia or Darren.
