  We love coming to Bass Pro but unfortunately the vacation sales people at the back of the store ruined our experience during OUR vacation. They are too pushy and don’t take no for an answer when you clearly are just trying to shop and don’t want to be pitched to. We were approached twice by two different vacation sales ladies and the second one approached us when we were further away from the fish tank and followed us into the other section we walked into. Very uncomfortable, won’t be back.

  BUY THIER BOATS MAYBE NOT THE OUTBOARD ENGINES!!!! I thought bass pro was a great store for anything you needed outdoors been 100s of times in my life for sporting goods im an avid hunter and fisherman and I would not recommend buying any of their tracker boats to anyone they do not warranty the Mercy outboards as they should they offer a three year warranty the outboard purchased with the boat lower unit came apart never been hit or damaged at all and it happened in less than 2 summers of use Definitely should have purchased a Yamaha outboard instead but they dont offer them for their tracker boats they sell beautiful boats but dont do you any good if they wont get you up the lake reliably.

  It is a well kept store. However, the team of guys behind the gun counter are way too slow. A normal gun store is significantly better if you would like to handle firearms.

  Had an incredible visit! Huge shout-out to the team here especially Glenn and Dominic—everyone was so personally inviting and genuinely informative. It didn’t feel like just another big retail store; it felt like talking to people who actually care. Left with exactly what I needed and a lot of great advice. Highly recommend!"
