Great store with an impressive and extensive selection. As a European, the Bass Pro Shop absolutely blew me away. The scale, the variety, and the atmosphere were unlike anything I’ve seen back home. I felt like I could wander around for hours and still not see everything. Every corner has something new that catches your eye, and the mix of gear, displays, and overall design makes it feel more like an experience than a store.
If I were a millionaire, I would probably walk out a poor man, there is simply that much I’d want to take home. A visit is genuinely worth the time for anyone interested in outdoor equipment, hunting, fishing, or simply exploring an iconic American retail landmark.

The cashier at bass pro shop was rude and very unfriendly. I didn't feel valued as a customer. She acted like she didn't want to be there. Granted she was much older and was probably new. I walked out of there feeling like Karen. Was a very uncomfortable experience.

If you have never been to a Bass Pro Shops before, the experience is almost worth a visit by itself. Great decor and the fish are a highlight for the kids to see. We recently came for the free Santa picture and to do a pickup order. The pickup process was easy enough. Although we did locate the item purchased online in store at regular price for the same "discounted" online price. Overall, this place is huge and a good experience. There may be specific items you want here but you can search many online retailers and find more standard items cheaper.

On 11/01/2025 at 6:35 p.m., I called the store about missing drain plugs for my newly bought Prowler 12ft Jon Boat. When I purchased the boat, it was missing all its paperwork, and I recently noticed it was also missing the drain plugs. I asked if I could take the plugs from another boat since I was given that boat’s paperwork because mine didn’t have any. The employee I spoke with said he didn’t know if that was possible and couldn’t give me an answer but would take my info and ask the Boating Manager when he came in next. I told him I had a fishing trip planned for the next day and asked if there were replacement plugs I could buy instead. He said he wouldn't know anything about that. I told him the website said they were available in limited stock, but since I live 50 minutes away, I didn’t want to make the drive if they weren’t actually in stock. Then he said, “I can try to reach out to the Boating Manager, but he may not respond, ok buddy,” in a very condescending tone. I repeated what he said and asked if he thought that was okay to talk to a customer like that. He denied saying it in a rude way and claimed he didn’t mean it like that. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said that he was the store manager. I asked, “You’re a manager, and you talk to customers like that?” When I asked for his name, he cussed at me. I said, “What?” and he repeated, the profanity and hung up on me. My wife was upset because our kids were in the car while on bluetooth and wanted me to call corporate. I called corporate and the representative called the store on my behalf, and it took her over 30 minutes to get that same guy to do exactly what I had asked in the first place. She told me the drain plugs would be taken off the other boat and left for me at customer service.
When I went to pick them up the next day (since I couldn’t get there before closing), the plugs hadn’t been taken off the other boat. Instead, they gave me replacement plugs. The same ones I had originally asked about purchasing.
When I finally took my son out for our fishing trip, the boat started filling with water, and we struggled to get back to shore. The hull was filling with water from somewhere and made the boat unsafe. When I went to return the boat it was a hassle as I was told to go to different places and speak to different departments.
This whole experience was ridiculous. The way that employee talked to me was completely unacceptable, and no one from the store has reached out since. The service and attitude at this location are terrible, and judging from the reviews, it seems like this is a common problem.

If you ever want to feel like a manager is too good to talk to you, then this is the place for you. Andrea the manager on duty 10-29-2025 was pretty rude.
1st I brought up to them some arrows that clearly someone had purchased and then swapped with a cheaper arrow in the box. I needed the arrows in the box but after talking to her she never came back out to address the issue. I spent 30 min with the guy behind the counter (Matthew) who tried to convince me that they were indeed the arrows in the correct box.
After all that he said she (Andrea) won’t let me sell them to you.
Seriously, why have you kept me this long.
2nd I wanted to get my rewards after my purchase onto my card, so I went to the counter (where she was, Andrea) and she completely ignored me. She walked past me3 times and didn’t even try to help.
After standing there for 5 min I asked if someone could help me and she just walked away. Thankfully a nice employee named Josh assisted me.
Andrea, the customer is important and I understand if you are busy but being polite and passing me on to other team members is acceptable but what’s not is you ignoring me and not being willing to talk to me. I hope you can a little more training on this as I’m sure you are good at your job.
