We were there last Saturday and a young lady had a disgusting attitude when my husband decided not to give his information, like phone number and email. He just wanted to buy his belt and get out. She pushed the bag almost falling on the floor, and my husband mentioned that it was rude. She then proceeded to accuse him of yelling, which he was not, otherwise the whole store would have heard that, and obviously that never happened. He asked to speak to someone about it, and another employee, not sure if it was the manager said something along the lines of "it would be taking care of." Regardless of the consequences or not, clearly this young lady lacks the skill to work customer service and basic human decency. Do better when hiring staff DSW, I would give you zero stars if I could.
