- PHPam HensleyMar 15, 20261.0"Frustrated" is being mild. I came in two days in a row trying to get help purchasing shoes. I left very unhappy after I couldn't get proper assistance either time. Thanks to The Running Store down the street, I received excellent service and got two pairs of shoes that fit perfectly. I will not attempt DSW again. I will now say thank you for helping me find the perfect store that met my needs, and that's The Running Store.

They asked what I was looking for and I told them they did not sell the shoe polish on line and was told well go to the store. Seems like customee service is outsourced out of US and could barely understand. They need to add all the items they sell on their website
