  I had an extremely frustrating experience at Sportsman’s Warehouse and would not recommend them, especially for firearm purchases. I bought a brand-new gun from this store, and it misfired every single time it was used right out of the box. I immediately brought it back, expecting a quick resolution, but instead I was told I had to pay to have it sent out under warranty. On top of that, they said it would take a few weeks. It has now been over FIVE MONTHS, and I still haven’t received any updates on a firearm that never worked to begin with. I’ve gone back to the store four separate times just trying to get a status update. Every single time, I’m told the only person who can help is an associate named Colton—and without fail, he’s always “on break” and somehow returns later than the time I’m told. When I finally do speak with him, his customer service is terrible. He’s dismissive, unhelpful, and just repeats that there’s nothing he can do and that I’ll get a call “when there’s an update.” At this point, I regret ever shopping here. The customer service—especially at the gun counter—is incredibly slow and unprofessional. I should have read the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  Rob at the handgun area is the best associate in the store without any doubt. He was so patient and non judgemental as my wife was trying to learn about handguns. ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐ We had a great experience at Sportsman’s Warehouse...the selection and variety they offer are truly impressive. They have something for everyone, whether you’re experienced or just getting started. What really made our visit stand out, though, was Rob at the handgun counter. He was absolutely unbelievable.kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure and made sure we felt confident in our choices. If we come back to this store, it will definitely be because of Rob. He made the entire experience outstanding. He is truly what a sale's associate should be. If he is not a manager, he deserve to be and if he is, then sorry to call him an associate.

  Nice clean shop. Most staff are super helpful, but the manager at the rifle section, ROB POMOROY, was not. I went up to him and said “can I ask you a quick question?” All I wanted to know was whether or not they offered military discount on firearms. It was my first time at the store. He told me in a dismissive way that “I can’t I’m helping someone else.” He was looking at a couple that were handling a gun. Granted, he probably needs to keep an eye on the merchandise, but a simple “Sure, I can answer a quick question,” would’ve been better than what he did. I think we can all keep an eye on a merchandise and answer a simple question at the same time. I will not be seeking any help from this man in the future.

  Good place to get your putdoor supplies for fishing, hunting and camping. Reasonable priced on most items. Staff is very helpful knowledgeable.

  Drove two hours to get a Cz that I order and paid for online just to get to the store and it was out of stock the whole time and was offered no solution at the store and customer service is just as helpless as the store. Will never step foot back in one
