    I would leave no stars but had to choose one to post my experience. I am posting this in hopes that management reviews what happened. I had a scheduled ignition interlock removal appointment. The employee initially refused to proceed, stating my brother had to be present and that it was a “state requirement.” When I respectfully asked for clarification on that requirement, I was told he did not have to provide it. After requesting a manager, he contacted his supervisor on speaker, and the supervisor confirmed it was acceptable to proceed since I am the vehicle owner and was on file from the original installation. Following that call, the employee appeared frustrated and directed profanity toward me. That type of language is unacceptable in any customer service setting—especially in a business providing state-regulated compliance services. During prior visits, I also observed the employee using a vape device inside the office during business hours. I believe this situation deserves management’s attention. Clear communication, professionalism, and respectful treatment are essential in this line of work. I would welcome a direct response from ownership regarding how this will be addressed.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received today. In what seems like such a chaotic situation to be in with having to get this kind of install, these gentleman made the process so seamless! J.R and John walked me through everything and made sure they went above and beyond to get my service completed well ahead of the time frame they initially gave me, as well as walking me through the process and what to expect after the install. If you are looking for courteous, friendly and fast service, this is the place! 10/10 Recommend!!!

    Heriberto is absolutely a gem of an employee and a technician. His coworker however whoever his name is because there's only two of them at the shop, is literally the EPITOME of a trash employee. Every month I've been there, there was some sort of issue with him. Whether it's puffing on his weed pen in the office where his customers are trying to stay sober, or cussing at the customers and then playing victim when the customer gets JUSTIFIABLY upset, it's never a positive experience when it comes to being FORCED to interact with him because Heriberto looks to be the only one in that shop who actually works and cares about it. If LifeSafer had a way to escalate more than one complaint, I'm sure myself and MANY other customers would do it in a heartbeat just because of that ONE employee
