- MMMrsbeautycOct 5, 20251.0My sister and I went in this location. First, the female associate and the male manager did not greet us, they seemed irritated when we walked in as if they were ready to go home for the day. We ended up having several items each but they purposely closed the fitting room 30 minutes early without warning us so we couldn’t try out items on and they knew we had several items a piece. We ended up leaving all of the items since a couple of items were final sale. Both the associate and the manger were so RUDE and he said he didn’t care when I said I would speak with his manger the next day. I asked for their first names to report them to the manager and he said they don’t give out names. This was an absolute horrible experience, Express customer service is terrible. This store is the WORST Express I’ve EVER been to!

I spoke with Rafee, who took the time to look at stock and ensure that my size was available. When he realized that there were only 3 pair left in my size, he held them for me - and I didnt even ask him to! Great product, super customer service, and a fair price. Express is my "go to" store for future needs and Rafee deserves a raise.

- TMThao MelendezOct 22, 20211.0I can relate to the other one star reviews. It seems like the associates pick and choose who they greet based on race. Unacceptable. I noticed she only greeted the other three Caucasian customers but walked briskly away when I went towards the register. She then stomps over to the rack was I looking at to “fix” the clothes I touched. It looks like repetitive behavior so I would highly suggest ethic training and/or hire new associates with unbiased views of customers.
