- TWTasha WDec 19, 20254.0I love express and have shopped there for years. This express often doesnt carry size large which can be disappointing...i do shop online often. Staff here are always friendly and helpful.

First, the female associate and the male manager did not greet us, they seemed irritated when we walked in as if they were ready to go home for the day. We ended up having several items each but they purposely closed the fitting room 30 minutes early without warning us so we couldn’t try out items on and they knew we had several items a piece. We ended up leaving all of the items since a couple of items were final sale. Both the associate and the manger were so RUDE and he said he didn’t care when I said I would speak with his manger the next day. I asked for their first names to report them to the manager and he said they don’t give out names. This was an absolute horrible experience, Express customer service is terrible. This store is the WORST Express I’ve EVER been to!

That's the only reason I don't give you guys a 5. Great store great employees great prices respect the H&M high fashion to the fullest..
