  I just have one question what type of store do you run. That has 3 employees working on christmas even, and yet one the guy is the only one tring to get customers the help the need. While the other two walk around behind each other. Taking about how customers are dressed or how thier kids act. This is truly outrageous. Everyone spoke on this store in Fredericksburg. And I must say it was not at all impressive. It's clear you are just another company that dont value there customers or thier experience.

  I really dont know what kind of store you run, or people you hire. But you have some nasty and rude female employees. One Hispanic woman yelled a two kids in the store. And some black female. With a crazy name like timmyta or someone little refused to help me and my wife today. She just walked passed us at the counter, even though the guy that was working had people. And we had to wait for him to finish. The is truly poor customer service. I guess you your company dont care as long as we spend money.

  I recently went into this store with some of my co workers from United Way. As we were shopping for toys and other gifts for kids and families without this year. And upon entering the store the was young gentleman that greeted us in a way that was heart warming. I believe they called him Jazz. He quickly offered to help us on finding things. And when we asked for his help, he was truly insightful. Thanks to him we bought more than we expected. And once we got to the front. There was two female employees just standing and talking. We asked for help. And instead of helping, They just ignored us, i asked to speak to the manager and the Hispanic lady said I am the manager. If you wait someone will help you. I have never seen such terrible service. But we was able to get help from the guy named Jazz and I believe the other guy was named Darrell. They helped us and had us laughing so hard. They truly are a blessing to have in your store. Thanks to them we are recommending your store to friends and family. But as for the two female employees, the Hispanic one and the African American one with the short pony tail. We will be reporting their actions to the BBB. And also sharing with them the video we have of how we were treated by you company employess.

  I Love coming to Citi Trends in Fredericksburg! Great store with quality clothes and customer service! I am always greeted with a smile. Anitra does go above and beyond for her customers! Good job!
