I made a purchase online and when I went to return it in store they only gave me the option of in store credit (gift card) not to put it back on my card. That sucked and was told them it wasn’t final sale so I should be able to out it back on my card but they didn’t budge. The jacket was too big on my husband so I had no choice but to get store credit. Also Jackie is super rude. Need better customer service with cashiers. I understand it’s the holidays but she had a nasty grumpy attitude with everyone not just me. Hope she has better day and treats customers better.

Please do your job and no one wants to hear all of that an d at Christmas. She didn’t have a badge on for a reason. If you are that miserable stay at home and don’t come out to work on the public. The most horrible customer service ever.
