She uses two registers (im thinking she's splitting the difference between the registers). She makes me pay off my Belk card and then tells me to now pay the entire transaction using my debit card! I told her I didn't want to pay off my card, my belk card has credit available and my payments are up to date and no payment is due! She proceeds to do what she wants to do and tries to over talk me. I ask for a manager, the manager immediately rings me up, uses my Belk card and then my debit card for the rest with no issues. The associate is under trained or inadequate to take instructions of how a paying customer would like to make a purchase. So now ive brought my items and paid my Belk card off completely. I, the customer took a loss in this entire transaction. I will not return to this location!!!
