- DDderbo02Jan 14, 20261.0worst experience of my life ! I ordered an edible arrangement for my sister 60th birthday on January 13th along with the balloon. The driver sent me a text after he delivered it to tell me it was delivered to the mailbox. The mailbox is located in the building next to hers. I had to call her to go pick up her gift on her birthday and lo and behold There was no balloon. Upon contacting the store, the only thing they can do is refund me for the balloon. This was a milestone birthday for my sister, and they ruined it by Not delivering it to her door! Not to mention how rude the lady was that I spoke to in regards to all this at the store. Will never ever order from them again!! update: today is Jan 16 my issue happened in Jan 13th. still waiting on a call back from the manager!!

This isn't something that can be left outside. The fruit was moldy. I would've preferred they canceled the order if they couldn't deliver it at an appropriate time and without moldy fruit. It was embarrassing that a thoughtful gift was received that way. Just avoid this place altogether. Expensive and terrible service.
