  Shout-out to Nancy for providing the GREATEST, I mean GREATEST, customer service of all time. Sometimes all you have to do is explain your situation and they may help. If they can't, just be kind and move on. In this situation, the outcome exceeded my expectations and I'm beyond thrilled. Thanks again for assisting me due to a malfunction of a shoe recently purchased. You were able to navigate your company's system and pull up my receipt to verify my explanation and help me with a bothersome issue. I will definitely remember this and keep purchasing Vans when the time comes. Thanks again!

  this store is down right horrendous. 3 years ago i’d be one to say it was the best in this area, but it has seriously gone downhill. the general staff is really great and friendly, but if you have any issues and it comes to general/ assistant manager it seems like they’re never even present. i’ve truly never seen a retail store that had a manager absent this many times. they have employees that aren’t managers performing manager duties. it’s fine for a quick stop in to pick up something easy and fast, but if you’re someone looking for someone higher up for any assistance, i’d recommend another location in the dmv area.
