- JJJ JSep 10, 20251.0I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. Had such a bizarre experience. I went into the store to look at sunglasses for golf. But because they didn’t have the color I had originally wanted, I left the store. Upon leaving the store, I heard the employees cuss at me behind my back… I have never experienced anything like this in my life, will never be stepping foot into this location ever again. It’s a store front, customers are allowed to look and leave as they please.

Unlike the other stores it didn't have music blaring so loud you couldn't hear. Also the associate that checked me out was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike the other stores.
- HPHaeun ParkJun 12, 20251.0My Fair Oaks Mall Sunglass Hut visit started strong thanks to Samuel's excellent service - he took time to understand my needs, expertly explained protection plans, and made helpful recommendations. Unfortunately, manager Noura's unethical behavior completely ruined the experience. At checkout, Noura lied about a "free" sunglass cleaner promotion (it was actually just $5 off). When I returned to correct this, she dismissed my concerns, claiming she was "doing me a favor." Worse, when I later discovered their 20% online Father's Day sale (which Noura failed to mention), she: -Falsely claimed online items "might not be new" -Pressured me to cancel my online order -Refused a proper refund by manipulating my receipt -Violated the store's 30-day return policy While Samuel deserves recognition for his professionalism, Noura's deceptive practices are unacceptable for any retailer, let alone a luxury brand. I'm appalled that someone with such blatant disregard for customer trust holds a management position. Shop here at your own risk - and triple-check your receipts!
