She was very kind and professional, and even though I decided not to keep the sunglasses I had purchased, she treated me extremely well. Excellent customer service — I will definitely come back to this store when I need to buy sunglasses again.

But because they didn’t have the color I had originally wanted, I left the store. Upon leaving the store, I heard the employees cuss at me behind my back… I have never experienced anything like this in my life, will never be stepping foot into this location ever again. It’s a store front, customers are allowed to look and leave as they please.

Unlike the other stores it didn't have music blaring so loud you couldn't hear. Also the associate that checked me out was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike the other stores.

She was knowledgeable and attentive, but also gave us space. With all of the choices, we were probably in the store for over an hour. The only negative for me was that it was a little too cold in the store.
