The manager, Stephanie, was rude and unhelpful when I tried to return an item and made it clear she wasn’t willing to help me at all. What really stood out was seeing her make an exception for another customer right after telling me there was nothing she could do. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were frustrating and made me feel unfairly treated. I expected better from a Nordstrom Rack manager. I won’t be returning after this experience.

- AAAli ANov 13, 20254.0A pretty typical Nordstrom Rack — aisles are well managed, and everything is organized nicely. Prices are good for what you get, and there’s a good variety overall. The store associates and cashiers are polite, and there are enough of them around to help when needed. The men’s cologne and perfume section was pretty small though — I expected a bit more selection there. Also, checkout wasn’t as fast as in some other stores. Still, overall a good experience and a well-run store.

They then uncomfortably watch you the entire time you try the item(s) on and if you choose to purchase it take it to the counter while you shop. I don’t appreciate being treated like this when I’ve never stolen a thing in my life and will no longer frequent your store to be inconvenienced and treated like a potential criminal. You probably don’t care, but you’ve lost money while trying not to ‘lose’ money.
