Then, if you actually find something to buy and wait in line, all the available cashiers walk away to refill their supply of bags at the same time as if none of them want to help you.

The manager, Stephanie, was rude and unhelpful when I tried to return an item and made it clear she wasn’t willing to help me at all. What really stood out was seeing her make an exception for another customer right after telling me there was nothing she could do. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were frustrating and made me feel unfairly treated. I expected better from a Nordstrom Rack manager. I won’t be returning after this experience.
