As a kid, my family worked at JCP, so it was really nice to see employees treating one another like family. Nilay was so patient helping my mother order a vacuum online with her retiree discount card and was explaining the different furniture options they still sell since my mom mentioned we were refreshing a guest room. Fariba was patient with scanning all our clearance deals and Lisa helped us navigate finding these amazing pots and pans on sale. The store was busy the whole time we were here and their customer service was superb. I plan to come back in store more often from now on thanks to these kind and caring staff members.
