  After 20+ years of shopping here we experienced the worst service ever. Trying to EXCHANGE a suit jacket (for the same size we previously bought, same item) due to it being damaged we were basically called a theif and a liar. Being accused of wearing it already, after the cashier (Indian descent lady) clearly ripped the tags off of the sleeve and her colleague Anna along with manager Cathy immediately sided with her being extremely rude. Talking to my wife and I like they were disciplining their child. Completely unacceptable. We operate a construction company and I wouldn't hire any of the 3 to even take out my trash. These women are the face of your company, and the way they treat your customers is not a good look. 0/5 stars if it were possible.

  We had an excellent experience at the JCPenney jewelry store thanks to Claudia. She provided outstanding customer service, was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help my husband and me find exactly what we were looking for, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly love shopping here, and Claudia made it even better. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Longest line and by long I mean one person running checkout at their 1 counter taking almost 10 minutes with several customers. A manager standing there doing nothing. Instead of exchanging clothes, I decided to just return all the stuff and go to Macy's instead:)

  Wow! The deals are unreal this season. I was surprised to find a 30% off coupon. As a kid, my family worked at JCP, so it was really nice to see employees treating one another like family. Nilay was so patient helping my mother order a vacuum online with her retiree discount card and was explaining the different furniture options they still sell since my mom mentioned we were refreshing a guest room. Fariba was patient with scanning all our clearance deals and Lisa helped us navigate finding these amazing pots and pans on sale. The store was busy the whole time we were here and their customer service was superb. I plan to come back in store more often from now on thanks to these kind and caring staff members.
