- JJJim1 day ago1.0I’ve shopped at the Fairfax mall for years, and based on long-term observations, the storefront ads at this EXPRESS location feature every other racial group and gender except Asian men. This is especially disappointing given that Asians are the second-largest racial group in Fairfax, making up a significant part of the community. Asian men are already noticeably underrepresented in fashion and media, and this store’s advertising continues that pattern. EXPRESS would better reflect—and respect—its local customers by including Asian men in its marketing imagery.
