Employee then goes and looks up my account ANYWAY and adds said purchase that I specifically said I DID NOT want associated with my account to my account. I don’t talk to hear the sound of my voice. If I tell her to not add my account, it is a simple ask. I shouldn’t have to look at my account and see the purchase on my account. Your employee sucks.
