- SKS KhanDec 9, 20251.0Second worst experience with returning an item at the Dulles Express location. My son tried to make a couple returns today and though one item was returned the other item (a separate transaction) they said they were unable to return because apparently the barcode wasn’t working and neither was the card. I checked it’s the same exact card that was used. The immigrant lady Athika who could barely speak English and seemed new (not blaming her) asked for help and the coworker (Mohammed and/or Emanuel) straight up refused to help her with the transaction. My son wasted his time going there to make a simple return and came back home. If this was an adult man or an adult woman and not a young boy making the return I’m very certain this transaction would have been handled correctly. This team took advantage of my son’s age and refused to provide him with the customer service he’s entitled to. While Expresses competitors have far surpassed them with good customer service and making returns a smooth and hassle free process, Express is still stuck in the Stone Age. It’s 2025! Keep up with the industry! Second time having issues with making simple returns. It’s 2025 why is this still a difficult process?
