The store wasn’t busy and there were enough people to help out but no one seemed to want to. Finally when I’m helped I’m told they don’t have the jeans I bought but they can do an exchange and have it ship for free. The girl helping me seemed a bit new and obviously didn’t want to help because she wasn’t confident in what to do. But after some time finally did the exchange and was told it would take like a week. Today when I got home I got my jeans it was the same size I exchanged it for. So I got the same jeans that don’t fit… definitely making Leesburg Premium Outlets AE the only one I go to, they have more attentive and friendlier staff.
