- CCCarmen ChiltonMar 25, 20263.0Lady that worked there was very nice and helpful wish I had gotten her name. Sadly I wanted to shop some fragrances. They were lacking testers and jade all fragrance testers locked up so you would need your own associate to follow you around to shop. Very counterproductive to sales. Lost a sale or two today because I wanted to confirm liking a smell before buying. Also its like a skeleton crew in there barely any help. I used to LOVE Belks in Danville. They had the best service and sales at one time.
