  I was shocked to see a JCPENNEY open.. I thought they all closed!! This one had what I needed. Was in-and-out quickly.

  They did not have Levi 506. And most of their 34x32 men's jeans were gone. Their men's boots were few and far between also. But the staff were great.

  Omg returns & pick up person is so slow you can tell she hates her job. Makes faces to any questions ask. She may have a trouble day but at least ask yo be move somewhere else.

  I went to the curbside pickup for an item my Daughter ordered and paid for. She could not figure out how to add an extra person online to pick the item up. Anyway, I arrived, I was in a space and checked in online. I sat outside for approximately 20 minutes. I finally went inside to customer service where there were 4 people in front of me and 1 person waiting on everyone (returns and pickups). It was finally my turn. I show the associate the order and the scan bar for the item and give her my driver's license. She prints me a ticket and tells me I have to walk to jewelry.....it was a long walk, and I have bad knees (bone on bone needing full replacements). As soon as I get there with 2 people in front of me and there maybe 7 minutes, the woman from earlier comes over the store intercom asking me to return to customer service, so I do. Since I was not listed on the ticket as an alternate person to pick up the item, the lady asks me to FaceTime my Daughter who is at work herself, so I do. She tells the associate it is fine for me to pickup the item. The lady asks for her ID, so my Daughter sends a screen shot of it to her. Once we hang up, the lady then says since its a jewelry item, she needs me to FaceTime my Daughter again and have her hold her ID beside her while facetiming. At this point, my Daughter is getting very angry. She explains her ID is at home, and she is at work. She had already paid for the item, could have told the lady the exact price she paid and could have described the item to verify it was her. Instead, the lady says she cannot let me pick it up. My Daughter canceled the order and got her money refunded. First off, JC Penney should not have had 1 person working alone on such a busy holiday shopping night. I ended up wasting all that time for nothing, and what is the use in having curbside pickup if you don't have the manpower to handle it? 🤔
