He told you up front what you can and can't do. These are the rules, and there are no shortcuts. I had an issue after hours, and I called and left a message. Kevin called me back and explained I had to let a sensor dry due to the automatic car wash. He wasn't mad or hateful. He was professional. When 12 months came around, I couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to get it removed. I contacted asap and my lawyer. I told Kevin I was having issues with this. He called me later to make an appointment to have it removed. He went out of his way to contact whomever to get the ball rolling. I am proud to be one of his customers who have made it through without incident. God has blessed me with having the privilege of meeting someone who cared about others.
