All other steps were very difficult to navigate, and I received little help from some of the people that I worked with. Jon demonstrated outstanding customer service, along with technical expertise. Expertise that was amazing. Being a combat veteran and working with different corporations over the last 18 years I have seen the bar of excellent set and John has exceeded this for interlock. I can't thank you enough for your help You enough for your help, he was even able to help me in advance knowing that I was going out of town to get all the paperwork that I would need to be able to have the vehicle serviced, and what to do when leaving the state if I needed something fixed. Fixed. Thank you John and interlock for helping me get back on the road and getting my life back together. Hope you have a great one, I would definitely recommend interlock over all other brands.

What do I need to bring to my installation?
Bring a photo ID and proof of residence in the form of a document verifying your address. How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?

Can someone else drive my car?
