The employee later came and rang up 3 people ahead of me, in which one had the courtesy of saying I was there prior to her. I was the first to arrive to be serviced. Unfortunately it's a circle and I was directed by another employee to go to customer service desk to purchase my items, not a particular side of the desk. Please get Christmas help, I almost put my entire items back. The Pick up Service Desk was no better

I checked in and they said we had an hour wait. They were running behind schedule. We were told to come back in an hour. We walked around the mall and came back at 2:06. We were told we would have to wait another hour. We cancelled. I wasted money on matching outfits and hair appointments. I’m beyond angry.

I come from Ny and I am here to visit .I have an idea of prices but I was not ready for the price of $310 to get my hair cut and touch up ,with high lights for one time. i get my hair cut and touched up every 6 weeks in ny and never payed anything close to this price for a one time service . with this prices how do people afford taken care of themselves? I will travel to gat my hair taken care of then to pay this price. I will never recommend JCPennys hair cut and I will never go back there again.
