I knew it was a simple fix, but I was blanking. I really appreciated their willingness to help brainstorm solutions rather than having me come in to charge me for what would have been an incredibly easy fix. That tells me they are service focused and not just money driven. I have never physically been to the store, but this certainly makes me want to make the trip out to the store to shop. Thank you again for your time to help me out!
