  A gem in our town! Thank you Tuels for being so willing to help when my daughter walked in and needed a link taken out of her watch. You didn’t have to take the time to do it instantly, but you did, and that is just a testament to your incredible customer service. Thank you!

  Mary Loos at Tuel jeweler gives excellent service. She is pretty much an expert on anything watches and jewelry. She also does appraisals. I also highly recommend Tuel jewelers for engraving.

  Have called this company 3 separate times, sent an email via their website. They do not answer the phone, do not call back, do not respond to emails. Very disappointed.

  I am a local small business myself and can honestly say that Mary at Tuels provides such top notch customer service and is especially polite. They did a couple of very special jewelry items for me and I am very pleased...One of the very best jewelry places in town , if not the best!
