I recall around two months ago being helped by an older-looking gentlemen going by the name of Paul. Paul followed me everywhere, answering every question I had. This past week, I was greeted by every associate with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. The clothing selection is also wonderful. I will certainly continue to shop at this store. It is a hidden gem of the 434.

She started by asking if I found everything when I was checking out, told her about the pants. First she said if they don't have them she could order them for me which was great. Then she said she would go in the back and look around. She came back with the exact pair of pants I needed. It is so cool when customer service truly exceeds expectations. Thank you Madeline!!!

I called the original store of purchase who kindly looked up my receipt and enabled the transaction. No help to this location. Disappointing! Where’s the hospitality? Lol
