I recall around two months ago being helped by an older-looking gentlemen going by the name of Paul. Paul followed me everywhere, answering every question I had. This past week, I was greeted by every associate with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. The clothing selection is also wonderful. I will certainly continue to shop at this store. It is a hidden gem of the 434.

Was very disappointed there were two associates working, a store full of customers and they were leaning behind the desk talking. I walked around the dest and not once was I greeted or acknowledged. Up front several customers had items over their arms with no one to help them. I have shopped at JCrew for years and was very surprised.
