- AGAnis GhasempourFeb 17, 20261.0Terrible customer service. I went to this jeweler mid Dec 2025 and spoke with Mr. Andrew. He took my information down and asked me to email him the info as well. Email was sent immediately. After a few weeks, I called and I was told all the information was lost. So I emailed them the info once again. A few more weeks passed and didn’t hear any update. After calling several times, I was able to speak to a person and I was told they don’t have my information after they verified receiving my email from the last time. I emailed them the info once again just to be disappointed. Very poor communication effort on the business owner part. I wasted 1 month of waiting on this jeweler for no reason. I took my business elsewhere and I am more than satisfied with the service.

Went in and they were able to just reshape right there and didn't charge me!! I could cry, I haven't worn my ring in at least a year because it didn't fit how bent it was. I will be using you all for all my future purchases and repairs, thank you so so much for this service!!

It turned out to be a tricky job, and not only were they super nice about it, they refused to take any $ for the work.
