- SMStacy Marie5 days ago5.0Long review, buttttttt........ The guys at Bass Pro did not disappoint. Special thank you to Conner, M.J. and a few others whos names i didnt get. I wasn't in the section of what I was looking for even a min and Conner was walking by and immediately asked me if I was finding everything ok. I told him what kayak I was looking for followed by a few other questions and he answered everything and seemed so genuine and interested in actually trying to help me. Not going into details, but Conner did his thing to make sure I left with what I came there for. M.J. was actually there on his day off when I pulled around back to get my kayak and saw how nervous I was about mounting this thing on the roof of my car, it being my first kayak ever and he gave me some pointers verbally so I could get it figured out. Even suggested different routes to get back home ( almost 2 hours away) so I could avoid traffic along the way. Even the gentleman at the front door who saw me waiting over by the shopping carts while my mom was in the does room, approached me and told me all the amazing things about that main entrance and how they aquired it. These guys showed me today that such great customer service still exist. I cant thank them enough and hope everyone else also has a great experience when they go to Bass Pro.

- JOJon OuJan 25, 20265.0I came to the Ashland location to pick up a Benelli M4 as it was the only store in the region that has it in stock. I made a reservation online for the gun counter to pick up my order. The process of filling out the required forms was seamless. Employees were extremely friendly and we were having long conversations about our hobbies and different firearms that came through the store. I've been to many Bass Pros/Cabelas throught the east coast and this is by far the best service I had ever gotten. The store is a hike from where I live in Northern VA but I'm willing to make the drive to support them again.
