  I placed a pick up order for 3 pairs of sweatpants on 3/19, all size small. I wore the first 2 pairs, ps - love them!! I pulled the tag off the 3rd and it was very small. I noticed they accidentally gave me an XXS. No big deal, mistakes happen. I go in and let Jamal know what happened, he was behind the register. I’ve never been treated so poorly. He tells me he needs to help other people behind me. He is sharing how hard this is going to be because I don’t show a transaction of purchasing the XXS. Which of course, it won’t show because I didn’t order an XXS. Although it does show the small, in the same exact style and color. With the plastic piece still in the sweat pants and the tag in hand, he won’t allow me to receive a gift card. I never asked for my money back even tho I’m within the 30 days. Jamal is the opposite of customer service. He spoke to me as if I was a child who had done something wrong, when in fact I was just trying to fix a mistake this store made in the first place. I’m so sadden by this and honestly in shock this is the way we treat people. 0/10 recommend this location to anyone. Please shop where you are appreciated.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Lululemon. I came in with a receipt and an unworn item (with one of the tags still attached) and politely asked if I could do an exchange or receive a gift card. Based on their own return policy, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, so I expected at least some consideration. Instead, the cashier (Mia) immediately said no without even looking into it or offering any alternatives. When I mentioned that the policy allows for some flexibility depending on the situation, she seemed completely unaware and didn’t make any effort to check or help further. It wasn’t just the denial, it was the lack of customer care and willingness to even try to help that made this frustrating. For a brand that promotes guest experience, this felt very dismissive and disappointing.

  I’ve come to expect a certain level of service when I walk into Lululemon, and this location definitely delivered—maybe even exceeded expectations. The staff here are almost too friendly (and I mean that in the best way possible). Janine stood out right away. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, patiently answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. Throughout the entire experience, she had a smile on her face and a positive, helpful attitude. This location is truly lucky to have someone like Janine on their team. She made the whole visit enjoyable and effortless.

  Agree with the last review the employees in this location lack customer service skills. Will be going to Tysons and Reston in the future.
