Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

He was so kind on the phone answered every single question at pointed me into the right direction. I love our customer service over the phone I haven't been in yet I will say that but I'll tell you this over the phone it was spectacular!So they will definitely be seeing me coming in the store. Knowing that they have great customer service over the phone makes me feel very comfortable to go inside.

- JCJansy CanalesDec 17, 20252.0My lululemon experience wasn’t bad until checkout. The cashier I had was not bad at all but the guy that helped him out didn’t know what he was talking about. I got an email from lulu saying that military and first responders get a 25%. I was super excited about this, the only instructions listed was to show the employees the email. I did what was said and the cashier I had said that he was gonna ask somebody else. The guy that was asked for help, I’m not sure if he’s a trainer or something, he said that I won’t apply to it because I’m a healthcare worker 😑. In lululemon’s discount policy healthcare workers are under FIRST RESPONDERS. He proceeded to say that he was just gonna give it to me but he wouldn’t next time. I just thought that this was VERY rude and disrespectful. Maybe he shouldn’t be the one training if he doesn’t know what he is talking about! The store is clean and organized though 😊.
