  Daughter ordered Mother’s Day arrangement. They delivered half the order and didn’t bother putting the perishable food in a container to keep it cold and left it set out in the Sun on the porch. $188 down the drain. Made several attempts to call and keep getting told they will call back. I guess they want me to make a scene at their store, so be it.

  I ordered my sister a large Get Well arrangement for $78 two days ago. She did get it today on time but it was in a Valentine’s tin instead of the one pictured and was missing all of the Pineapple. For the amount of money I spent this is very disappointing. If they didn't have pineapple they could have at least put something else or extra in there.

  Truly horrific experience. My order was delivered to my fiancé at her office missing stuffed Animal & Balloons. This completely ruined the Valentines sentiment i wanted to share with my fiancé. When I called for a refund, ANDREW was very unhelpful, discourteous, unsympathetic and unapologetic. Not once did he apologize for edible arrangements mis managing my order, even after i told him that my company and edible arrangements have a business relationship. He completely disregarded this, instead of trying to preserve the business relationship between our companies. I will NEVER do business with this location ever again. And will notify my company & business network of this and the way ANDREW handled & represented Edible Arrangements (Ashburn, VA) location.
