- AHAmber HuangOct 21, 20251.0Seriously the manager(a white woman I didn’t catch her name) there was giving me the classic bully, by being passive aggressive or micro-aggression, trying her best to give me as much itch as she could. After I asked if an item was in stock, I was told abruptly to make sure I had "the right piece with the right color." When I attempted to check out with her, she refused, directing me to a different, less-experienced staff member who required her direct approval for every step of my transaction. Meanwhile, I noticed this manager also check out other customers while I was being redirected. The manager was standing right next to the new cashier, supervising my entire checkout process from a distance after turning me away. This felt like a deliberate act of exclusion and passive-aggressive poor service. Hard to say if she’s being racist, but I will not be returning to this store.
