  I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Windsor location. While shopping, I overheard an employee (short girl, brown hair?) who appeared to be in their early to mid-twenties speaking loudly to a coworker about talking to a 16-year-old. The conversation was happening openly on the floor where customers could clearly hear it. Regardless of the context, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about professionalism in the workplace. Employees should be mindful of what they discuss in front of people who might want to buy things, especially when the topic involves minors. I hope management addresses this and reinforces appropriate conduct on the sales floor.

  Stopped by Windsor today (12/27/25) looking for a dress, but unfortunately did not have a great experience. The cashier repeatedly yelled throughout the store demanding that customers either put clothing items back themselves or hand them to her after trying them on. While I understand the policy, the constant yelling every few minutes made the shopping experience very unpleasant. It felt overly aggressive and disruptive, almost as if customers were being spoken to like children. I ended up leaving the store because of it.

  The absolute pits! This was not only the worst location for windsor it was literally the 2nd worst customer service ive ever received at any store in my life. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. The manager there is wildly rude and disrespectful she really should be fired. I came there 30 min before close with a return and exchange (I spent $800-900 at the windsor in wheaton) inliterlly only returned 4 items ($150 out of $800). I will release her name when I find my receipt. She looks at me dead in the face and says "I cant stand people from Wheaton/ Wheaton Store). As if to say like I was a 2nd class citizen after I had spent all that money. And a store is a store youre allowed to make returns wherever is closest and also from online you cant tell people they cant make a return at your store or get upset. And it was only like 4 items. If she didnt want to work she should have stayed home. Then she proceeds to roll her eyes and say it's past the 14 days so it's only store credit.... so youre mad but it literally would have went right back to the same store (of course I didnt i used my store credit in wheaton because of how she treated me). Then she tries to keep my receipt when I had literally 20 other items on the receipt. I actually needed the receipt to exchange 2 more items (I also did at wheaton because of her nastiness) she then gets an attitude about giving me the receipt. Like why couldnt she just print a duplicate and she was like its supposed to go to your email and I explained i had issues with my account and the receipts not going to my email and having issues with a returns and so I always keep my receipt from.that store. She catches more attitude and rolls her eyes. Sad part is she was black. The new guy who she was training was so nice tried to make small talk and fashion and tried to smooth things over I felt bad he has to work with such an evil person. He was really sweet. But that store manager if I ever saw her outside let say she wouldn't have caught the nice professional side of me and I'll leave it at that. That a sure way to get cursed out because not all customers have the self restraint I did. I hope windsor fires her because she deserves every bit of it. She made Pentagon city look like trash and its sad they actually have more items in wheaton. But they have lower ratings than wheaton because of her. Shes costing them business.Its why they cant make any sales.

  Wonderful experience with the workers over at this store, they were very welcoming and helpful! They knew just exactly what I needed, Jalissa was a wonderful helper she was super sweet!
