  I had an excellent customer service experience. Mary went out of her way to locate a pair of boots I was looking for and arranged to have them sent to me — with no extra fees. That level of care, effort, and professionalism truly made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate her help and will definitely continue supporting this brand!

  I will always shop here because I love the service. Jasmine was amazing and went above and beyond to help me find the boots I wanted. She even called other stores to check availability. I’ve never felt so valued as a customer.

  Probably had the worst shopping experience of my life today at this store. For the record, this occurred with the employee(s) on shift on 1/30/2026 at 7:00PM. When I was trying on shoes, it was impossible to get anyone’s attention or assistance, despite the store being near empty. I felt disrespected and decided to leave without buying the shoes I had specifically went in for. Around 30 minutes later, I decided I really wanted them, and went back in to purchase the same pair of shoes I had just tried on, and the guy working the counter treated me extremely rudely and would not look for the shoes I was asking for. I told him multiple times I had just tried them on, and asked to speak to the worker who helped me previously, and it took FIVE attempts before he actually went and got the shoes that I was purchasing. Then, he made me wait at checkout for 20 minutes while he flirted with another shopper. On top of that, gave me the largest bag ever, just to be rude (see photo). Minus 2 very sweet girls who work here, I have only had negative experiences at this location. It is unorganized, has very poor customer service, and is overall an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. If this was not the nearest location to me, I would NEVER come here.   Whoever the two guys who work at this store were a mess, very rude, and dismissive. The store stank and the workers don’t care about helping you. Very poor customer service. For products that retail for $100+ (and dupes at that) the customer service received was not on par with other establishments. Yall should do better, and not make us feel bad when we ask for shoes we need. You literally make commission, why was it so difficult to shop with you? Won’t be coming back willingly.
