On July 25, 2025 the belt broke. Tried for an exchange at the Cole Haan tore at Pentagon City in Alexandria VA. Store manager needed a Receipt for an exchange or refund. The manager on duty would not look up the purchase or contact the Miami store for a transaction search. Cole Haan has lost a customer. Never again. Stay with COACH...

Unfortunately the staff did not seem as if they were happy to be there at least a gentleman with locs that assisted me. He was not helpful and seemed rather uninterested in helping. Other than getting the shoes from the back there was no communication from the gentleman. The young lady "said have a nice night" and smiled as we left.
