I came into Tourneau/Bucherer looking to trade some timepieces from my collection and was fortunate enough to meet George, just 20 minutes before closing. Given my late arrival I fully expected to be turned away. To my surprise, George not only offered a warm greeting and took the time to thoroughly inspect each watch I brought with me (6 in total) and discuss my trade interests. Over the following week, he patiently showed me several models and helped me think about what best fit my taste and existing collection. Ultimately, I decided on a Rolex Bluesy Submariner from their CPO selection, which I could not be happier with. The production year has special meaning to me and the watch shines like new. Communication was constant, never pushy, and he even had the pre-owned Bluesy shipped in so I could see it in person before deciding. George is a true watch aficionado, not just a sales rep, and he’ll be the first person I contact for my next purchase. I had a rocky start with the team here but they've done one hell of a job to win me back as a customer. Lindsey B. handled a few hiccups for me early on very professionally, and then introduced me to Richard S. -- who's hands down the best luxury watch representative I've met. I have purchased a few pieces from here and am waiting for my next one, and Richard is the first person to get me excited about the waiting period and help me patiently get through it. He's a watch expert, knows his stuff. I'm super excited to work with him and looking forward to getting my favorite pieces with him and the team. Thanks a lot!

Just wanted to give this place (Kevin in particular) a shoutout. I've been popping in and out over the last couple years to admire their selection, but never really with the purpose of buying. Nonetheless, Kevin was always extremely gracious with his time and shared his passion and knowledge freely, allowing me to pull out and look at anything that caught my eye while never pressuring me to buy.
Anyhow, fast forward to a week ago, I was finally ready to purchase my first Tudor, and I went specifically to Kevin because of the kindness he and the rest of the team have extended me over the last two years. It was a great experience, and I love my new watch. Thanks again for being such a good bunch of people. You represent the best of the watch community.
