The moment the employee took it to the back, she came back claiming there were only 10 items. My wife had to step in and correct her. Suddenly, after a second “magical” check, one more item appeared. And when we insisted again that there was still another missing item, it turned into an argument. She basically implied we must have left something at home — which is nonsense, since we counted all 12 items before even walking into the store. We actually counted the remaining items right there on the desk once she brought the box back, and we still had 10 items in front of us. That means two were taken inside for processing. Yet she suddenly insisted only one was processed as a return and the other item vanished from the count. To the owner or manager: please check your cameras and timestamps. We counted 10 items right there after she took two inside, and somehow one got “lost.” This isn’t just about a mistake — it’s about how it was handled. Instead of taking responsibility, the employee acted like she was doing us a favor by even processing the returns. Excuse me? If your store policy allows online returns in-store, that’s literally your job, not a “favor.” And when we asked for a manager, she simply pulled someone else out of nowhere claiming they were a manager too. No names, no accountability, and no apology. Bottom line: this store’s attitude is awful. They made mistakes, tried to gaslight us into thinking we made them, and acted like they were doing something special just by taking our returns. If you have to return something, beware of the runaround and the rudeness. We certainly won’t be coming back. Attaching

Make sure you wait and ask to be serviced when you come in so you aren't treated like a child touching something you're not supposed to. God forbid I look for my size and try to shop on my own.
