  Manager was supper friendly! I had an Issue with a pair of glasses that were not adjusted correctly that I had purchased from a location in another city and she really took the time to adjust them. First time in kingstreet and the staff were amazing! Highly recommend this store!

  Literally worthless employee who couldn’t make a simple exchange without a receipt. Once I had found it, still couldn’t make it happen. She blamed it on it being after 5:30 and her inability to call Customer Service to process a refund? Remember, we wanted to exchange - for the same glasses, just a bigger size. She completely wasted our time, seemed completely clueless and lacked any sort of customer service skills. No apologies and basically blamed us. Horrible business model if you can’t exchange a gift purchased online in store and horribly trained and unprofessional employees. Infuriating experience.

  Disappointedly poor customer service, they can't help with exchanges and look at you blanky when you ask for any help, definitely would avoid this establishment! Classic business of caring only about your purchase, once they have your money, they couldn't care less!

  Pathetic Service by a manager, and a Worthless Protection Plan — AVOID THIS LOCATION while the current management is there. I wouldn’t buy a pair of shoelaces from this store, let alone $200 sunglasses. On April 18th, at 4:30pm I came in to replace a defective pair of Ray-Bans (the arm screw fell out twice in seven months). I was greeted by a very nice lady, and I proceeded to ask for a manager in order to expedite the process. Despite having the additional protection plan, the experience was an absolute masterclass in how to alienate a customer. The manager, Alexandra, was hostile and condescending from the second I walked in. She didn't greet me or said anything, didn't even looked at me, just asked her co-worker "what's going on?". She initially refused to help, smugly claiming I wasn’t in their system, trying my name, phone number, email —until I had to do her job for her and produce my digital receipt. Her response when she was proven wrong? A sarcastic "Oh, would you look at that." It gets worse. Since they didn’t have my exact color in stock, I agreed to a different one. They then had the audacity to demand an extra $40 and told me my protection plan would be voided upon exchange. When I pointed out that I shouldn't be paying to replace a defective product—and that their "plan" was never explained as being this restrictive—Alexandra became dismissive. I was never told I could exchange my glasses for the same item, that not being in stock, would have had to be ordered, for free, as I was told later. Rather than solving the problem, she threatened to stop assisting me (saying "I can refuse service") because I dared to challenge her poor logic. At that point, she said I was being hostile, which is correct. After trying my best to be nice and still being treated badly by the manager, I understandably was angry. I left with my broken glasses and a permanent resolution to never shop there again. If you want to spend $200 to be insulted by management and scammed on a protection plan, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away.

  Great experience all around. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. They help answer our questions and solved my concern immediately. Even though I did not make a purchase The manager went out of his way to resolve my concerns. Great customer service.
