  Last month this technician (Brian Young) mess up my cars and when I call Costumer service they told me they gonna call me to follow up and they never did it, this month I went back and he had the shop close, I nock and wait 15 minutes then I left, when I finally reach him because I want it to reschedule he told me he was inside, so I told him I want to reschedule because I had to drive 1 hr, and he say he need to charge $35 for rescheduling like is my foul.

  I had an excellent experience soon was Great. pay attention to detail very professional explain to me the line by line items again five stars location very clean thank you for lovely experience . Add this time 15 months later Cesar the technician at interlock by Eisenhower off 495 ,used to stand outside and watch him do 5 cars an hour because I always got there an hour early. Cesar is a true professional he takes his job seriously great input information he saw when I screwed up and gave me positive reinforcement again he didn’t have to do that but I guess when you’re a human being you can do that for everybody and God bless Cesar. Thank you very much. I’ll be removing the interlock on the 28th will be going to Winchester The only appointment they have before the new year on 28 December it’s going to be a great new year.
