The associate on duty was not only unhelpful, but also dismissive and outright disrespectful. He refused to let me speak with a manager and instead told me to return the item from my phone to "make life easier"—for him, apparently. When I asked for the store manager’s information, he only gave me his first name and mocked me when I said I’d file a complaint. He even said, sarcastically, "I can give you a gift card to buy your Maui Jims." This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with Luxottica Group and strongly advise others to avoid this location. I’m a local resident, and I won’t be returning. Go elsewhere where your time and business are respected.
