- LMLester MateoDec 17, 20251.0Last month this technician (Brian Young) mess up my cars and when I call Costumer service they told me they gonna call me to follow up and they never did it, this month I went back and he had the shop close, I nock and wait 15 minutes then I left, when I finally reach him because I want it to reschedule he told me he was inside, so I told him I want to reschedule because I had to drive 1 hr, and he say he need to charge $35 for rescheduling like is my foul.
