  I’ve shopped at Lane Bryant for most of my young and adult life, and over the years they have truly continued to improve. This particular store stands out because of its exceptional customer service. There is an associate there who is absolutely outstanding at what she does. Unfortunately, this is my fault—I cannot recall her name—but she is truly amazing. Since I now do most of my shopping online, I rarely visit the store in person. However, on the few occasions I’ve stopped in for returns or exchanges, she has been there, and each time she has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and truly fantastic customer service. She is attentive, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers. My apologies for not remembering your name, but if you happen to read this, please know that your personality is wonderful, your professionalism is outstanding, and you always make the experience pleasant and stress-free. Also, you have the most beautiful reddish-purple hued hair—it’s unforgettable. Thank you for consistently providing such excellent service.

  I ordered two turtlenecks on 11/8/25 for delivery to the Kingstowne store, and have been waiting since to receive a call letting me know my order had arrived. Today I checked online and found out my order was delivered on 11/17. I attempted to call the store several times, beginning at 7:00 PM to no avail. The first time the phone rang and rang with no answer or transfer to a voice mailbox. I called again, and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I tried a third time and the line again just rang. This is my favorite store, but not wondering the status of my purchase. Though not worried because I'm hopeful this is an oversight, and my turtlenecks will be waiting for me when I go and get them.

  The company itself is great as far as style and selections, although the prices are quite steep if there's no sale. As far as this particular location though, the customer service was invisible just like me apparently. Came in with my family (husband and two daughters) and there was no greeting whatsoever, no one ever asked if I needed assistance, absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence in any way until I was checking out. Had it not been for my absolute need for a new bra and the 28 minute drive to get there, I would've gone somewhere else to spend my money. It takes no effort to simply acknowledge your customers. It really made me feel like we weren't wanted there because we were a Black "urban-looking" family. Now that I know my exact bra fit size, I'll do my shopping with this company online.
