  I had such a great experience! They answered all of my questions with so much patience and care, and I truly felt supported the whole time. The designs are absolutely beautiful, and the service was outstanding. April was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

  I love this store, I have been going there for years. I have bought significant pieces of jewelry there. I have taken in family treasures to get honest answers about their monetary worth. I have brought in pieces needing repair. ALWAYS the folks working there are friendly, kind and honest. It's so good my daughters (who live in NYC) send home their jewelry to be repaired here. Just tonight, Gregory helped with a broken bracelet -- I was prepared for it to be a kind of expensive fix, but he just borrowed it from me, and in what seemed like six seconds, brought it back, fixed, no charge. It's that kind of neighborhood, professional service that always brings me back for purchase and more complicated repairs. These guys are the best!

  I needed small repairs on 2 necklaces (purchased elsewhere) and not just they were able to fix them right away, they didn’t charge me anything! I could tell this is one of the traditional jewelry stores with highly knowledgeable employees who work there for many years and really know the craft.

  This is the BEST jewelry store in Alexandria VA and if you ask me in the world!!!! I used to come here all the time over twenty years ago because I was always in Old Town Alexandria almost every day. I bought the most beautiful ring there over TWENTY years ago and whenever I use jewelry cleaner I get more compliments on my ring than I can keep up with! It was on sale in a case from an estate sale that you saw when you walked in. I also bought a gorgeous expensive watch that I love but you have to replace the battery when needed. It’s my dress watch and I only wear it when I’m dressed up or in my uniform at work. I have needed a new battery for years and just wore my cheap watch at work. I really missed it though and finally got a new battery today. I had to make sure Terry was working because I trust her with everything. Not that everyone else there isn’t the best of the best and Ken actually changed the battery for me today. This is a family run jewelry store and they treat their customers like family. Warm and friendly and professional and highly skilled. Anyway I was stunned when yesterday I went in there to see if Terry was working (didn’t have the watch with me) and find out if she was working today. Of course she remembers the ring but I mentioned that I needed to replace the watch battery and she remembered the name of the watch maker which I didn’t even know. I just know it’s my “good” watch that I only wear for special occasions and it was worth every penny I spent on it. Everyone that works there still looks as beautiful and healthy and just like I remember from 20 years ago!
