    Placed my order on Nov. 21 for a Nov 22 delivery between 12:00 - 4:00pm delivery. The arrangement never arrived. At 7:15 PM on Saturday the 22nd, I received a confirmation stating it was just delivered. NOT TRUE

    I don’t recommend this place at all, my arrangements have been poor quality lately. The associate Kimberly always made sure my fruit was fresh & they always looked just like the picture but she is no longer there. I see a lot of customers have the same issue with this place. Needs new management, save yourself the hassle & visit the next EA nearby.

    A very rude rude associate in here. I went there to order for my daughter and also pick up another order but the way she came from inside mad and with attitude and not said hello or thank you is just ridiculous. I told her the order and she just went back in and handed it over and went back inside. So I was like, you don’t deserve my money and I would rather order some where else. DO NOT GO THERE! I should have checked their reviews before I went there, they have horrible service and their rating is pretty low for the amount of money they charge as and the quality product they claim to give.

    Do not recommend ordering from them at all. They send dead, TRASH flower arrangements to people. The pictures they show online are false advertisement. Costumer service is horrendous, what a joke. I have left multiple messages and no one gets back to you. I will never use edible arrangement again. TRASH

    Missing blueberries and bananas. I asked them what happened and they said bananas were too green and they had no blueberries in stock. They replaced the blueberries with three tiny slices of oranges. The cheesecakes on the corners looked like they were smoothed or carved/bit
