  It is my managers birthday soon and she asked for something “healthy” so I decided to get her an arrangement- it’s so pretty! I got this superrr last minute I ordered at 11am March 1st for pickup at 1pm. When I arrived it looked like there was only one lady there she came out to greet me and told me 5 more minutes and it’ll be ready by 1:12 I got my order :) when I got to work me and my manager shared a pc of the cheesecake which was so good 10/10 thank you 🫶🏼

  I'm not the one to usually leave reviews on anything but if you're looking to shop here, especially for delivery, DON'T DO IT. Never experienced a business so unreliable, disorganized, and so uncommunicative. I scheduled a delivery for a certain date then I got an email saying "delivered", when it was no where to be found. I called this place probably 100 times and sent several emails with no response. TWO DAYS have went by with no response. I finally got someone on the phone on my 200th try and their excuse was "we have been busy, would you like a refund." Absolute trash. The package was finally delivered and items from my order were missing! I can't speak for the entire company because I've had some good experiences with Edible Arrangements, but this store needs some serious remediation for their employees. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Do not order from this store. They have horrible customer service. They blame everything on corporate when they don't make the delivery that they've been paid to make on the day they've been paid to make it on. It was a Valentine's Day order (I placed the order on February 4th) which didn't get delivered until the next day (February 15th). When I called they told me it wasn't their fault. They had too many in orders. It was corporate who wouldn't stop taking orders. There was no apology. Nothing. No accountability. And when they did eventually deliver my order it wasn't the correct one. I had upgraded it and paid extra and that's not what was delivered. They did stick a balloon on it but I paid for a Be My Valentine with Extra Love and that's not what was delivered. I called and I left messages and no one returns my calls. I have sent a message to corporate but haven't heard from them either. Do not use this store and I would not recommend this company at all. One star is too high of a rating!

  I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this place, If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered a fruit bucket for this past Valentines Day 2 days in advance, I even called them to verify (once I finally got through to someone). The delivery was a day late and left outside the door at around 7pm, I called atleast 7 times the day of and after but I kept being sent to voicemail. $150 down the drain and will never be ordering from this place again and neither should you!

  Don’t order from this store!!! You will never receive a return call and you nor your purchase!!! I Ordered a gift sent (Bobbi’s Luxe) and added strawberries for 19.99. This was a Valentine’s Day gift for my daughter. She did not get her gift (a bear, chocolates, and dipped strawberries) on Valentine’s Day. Instead she received Lindt Chocolates and strawberries on the following day. Pissed that she did not receive her Valentine’s Day gift on Valentine’s Day as agreed. I kept calling the store and reaching out to customer service on the website. I finally noticed that they were not even open on 2/15, so I instructed my daughter not to eat the fruit left at her door on 2/15. This means the strawberries were likely sitting in a car/left out overnight. I continued calling on Monday. When I tried calling there was never an answer. I never received a return call from the store or customer service. I sent my daughter to physically request a refund. Do not order from this store! If I could give them a zero, I would.
