  I went to the store and the guy victor and Mark was nice . Sophia was helping me and then she left . She kinda had an attitude because I was asking for other items. They didn’t have no full hoodie or quarter zips in large or X-Large . I told her she left me for another customer and she said are you buying something? Her rude undertone was caught . I bought a head band just because mark was nice but it was even funnier because the Spanish lady she was helping card was declined. So don’t even waste your time , just shop online . Or just get Nike because mark was 5’8 and the pants was high waters. But if you must request for Mark or Victor they gave a memorable experience .They are black people friendly. Everyone that’s black don’t steal and Sophia need to get her attitude together. I hate to spend 200+ on a sweatsuit and be undervalued. Shout out to Mark & victor for professionalism & making me want to buy something because of their positive and bright personality.

  Absolutely incredible customer service at the Alo Yoga Old Town location. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The team went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable…no pressure, just thoughtful guidance and real human interaction. I would honestly travel anywhere in the area just to shop at this location. Huge shoutout to this team for representing the Alo brand so well and for doing all the little things that make shopping truly great. You can feel the care here.

  Disappointing Experience at Alo Location I was disappointed with my visit to this Alo location. The shopping experience felt unwelcoming and inconsistent with what I’ve come to expect from the brand. There seemed to be a lack of options in certain sizes and styles, which made it hard to find what I was looking for in person. The store layout didn’t meet my expectations for a premium athletic brand. I’d appreciate a wider range of sizes in-store. I prefer shopping in person, but this experience makes me hesitant to return unless there are noticeable improvements in how the inventory is managed.

  Rude and careless staff. I was not greeted or approached while in the store at any point, even though everyone else was. Felt completely disregarded as a first time customer. Terrible hospitality and vibe in this store. I will never shop at this location again — just go to Lululemon down the street if you want awesome customer service.
