- JDJohn Doe6 days ago1.0If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. First of all, As I walked into the store, I wasn't greeted by any associate, nobody even acknowledging my presence. They seemed to be more involed on their phones or chatting among themselves rather their customers. I would hands down recommend going to Alo Tysons Galleria, where staff is always present and happy to assist & give you great customer service.

I was looking for Airlift leggings and she was so helpful, she walked me through the different sizes, explained the return and exchange policy in detail, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase since I was worried they might fit too small. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her taking the time to make sure I found the perfect pair. I can’t wait to shop with her again!

- JGJ. GriffinOct 26, 20251.0Such an awful experience, hasn't been a month since it's been open. I literally went for a Jacket, The experience was so bad. The Sales Associates act like they hate you if you need help. I left and bought one from Lululemon just two blocks down. I will never go back to this location. Georgetown is a great experience as well as Tysons! Avoid this location if you can.. I did want to mention the lady who's name started with an M working in the fitting room was so pleasant and i really appreciate her kindness and help!
