I returned 9 months after a $1300.00 purchase for bushes and shrubs and a design team member coming to my house to plan our yard because 1 $44.99 shrub died and didn’t come back. The guy at warranty desk was not willing to do anything to replace it unless I had the dead shrub with me. I had discarded it a week prior. Do they really think I was trying to rip them off for 1 shrub not to mention driving 20 minutes to their business to discuss it. Will not ever return to Glover because this guy has no skills to solve a simple problem that his store policy dictates. Will definitely have to go elsewhere to replace my shrub.
