So my wife went on line to do the return and they said in the chat to “take it in to any store and they could process the return without tags, or receipt just needed proof of purchase.” So my wife went back in and Jenny is smirking saying well we are not going to do it and immediately starts talking about her to co workers as she is walking out. Worst customer service from Jenny. It makes me click a star but I would do negative start for that crap customer service!!!

My mom purchased a sweater for my husband but it was the wrong size when I went in to this location today they said they couldn’t exchange it because even though I had the gift receipt and original tags on it they wouldn’t offer an exchange or store credit because my mom had torn off the price off the tag every else on the tag was intact my mom just used the perforated tab to tear off the price for the xmas gift) . Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service. The girl working there was fairly young and basically just said that I could contact corporate. Do better lululemon item completely intact and a receipt.
