This is such a friendly and kind place to shop! My favorite employee is TERESA! She’s so kind and caring and basically keeps this store in tip top shape! We need more TERESAS in this dark and cruel world. If you go there, make sure to thank her for all her hard work!

The selections are pretty good but I had a terrible check out experience. I was about third in line and there were two active cashiers and one lady, Teresa, chatting it up at another register. They were making plans, catching up and having the best time. Meanwhile the line starts to wrap around to the aisle and there’s probably about 20+ people stacking up at this point. The other cashier asked Teresa to start taking people but she couldn’t be bothered with the line. Few minutes later he asks her again and I get to check out with her. He told her “not sure if you noticed but there’s a line” and when I was in front of her register she said “I know there’s a line”. Just so overwhelmingly rude to have no care in the world and to say that about a bunch of people waiting in line to our face. Teresa made it a terrible experience.

I was here buying some things. I put a metal plate stand up on the counter. It had a 75 cent price tag on it. The cashier looked at me & said, “$2 for this.” I said, “no, the price tag says 75 cents.” He called a manager over & said, “$2 or 75 cents?” The manager said, “just give it to her for 75 cents but our prices have increased.” Yes, they have! If you want $2 for something, don’t put a 75 cent price tag on it! Definitely, don’t increase the price when I get to the register! You get this stuff for free! Provo’s prices are so much lower!

Make sure and check their hours before coming. They make no logical sense and change randomly. I planned a whole outing with my kids and showed up and they were unexpectedly closed.
