    Ultimately we were able to buy a few shirts today, but this store seems to heavily stock XXL, XL, and XS sizes. Finding a medium for any shirt in the store seemed like finding a needle in a haystack. Also, the women's belt section is hidden in the slipper section, for anyone searching for it - there were only a few women's belts, which was a bit of a let-down, given that there were so many men's belts in their section. The workers were nice but it seems JCP has gone downhill over the years. Never pay full price for anything here; there is always a coupon.

    I bought a $250 ring online. I had it for one week and the center stone fell out. I went to the store to return it but was told no because I didn’t have the stone nor did I buy a protection plan. One week. It is either defective or just crap quality. But I should’ve been able to get more than one week from a ring that is considered “fine jewelry” without buying a protection plan. I also have no idea where the stone fell out. Bye bye JC Penney. I’ve had a credit card with you for years and I canceled it. I will never buy from you again.
