    Got sent from Midvale to South Jordan claiming they had what I wanted to buy. They sent me to Saratoga Springs. The website says they have everything in stock yet they don't. Walking away empty-handed. You couldn't find an associate in a store that didn't have six people in it on a Sunday. I stood around for probably 10 minutes ringing the Bell. The guy that showed up couldn't have given to craps about my situation and told me to go to Scheels. Especially in the way that the fact that he's putting down people at the other stores. I guess I'll do all my business at Scheels going forward since Sportsman's can't seem to figure out what their inventory is and don't seem to care about their customers. I was blown away he told me to go to Scheels. His customer service skills suck beyond words.

    I had a request from a son to pick up some ammo on the way shooting. I couldn't find it so asked an employee. It seemed to take a lot longer than a seemingly simple question should take. After a while the employee came to help. It turned out that they didn't have any. I was told only one of their stores had any. Unfortunately, that location is over 2,250 miles away... Not on the way.

    I enjoy shopping at Sportsman's Warehouse because the employees are super friendly and helpful. All employees are knowledgeable about their department of the store and ready to help you out at a moment's notice or for an odd request. The employees will always help you find the item with the quality you need for a fair price. Some things have a price that isn’t very nice to the wallet but this is because they are a store that specializes in outdoor items. The quality that they provide is exceptional and worth every cent, no matter the final cost. The only issue I’ve ever had with this warehouse is from a shipping standpoint where they were tracking the item with the wrong identification number.
